After you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, or if we discover a pricing error, we will contact you and arrange a refund where applicable. We may limit quantities or decline an order where we have a valid reason to do so.

Nelvina Denture Reliner is intended for adults who use dentures. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. It is not a substitute for professional dental care. Stop using the product if it causes discomfort or irritation and seek appropriate advice.

These policies do not affect your statutory rights, including applicable rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods and cancellation of eligible online orders.
