Free Shipping on Every UK Order

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing

We aim to process orders within one business day. Orders placed after business hours or over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. We’ll email you tracking information when your order is on its way.

Discreet packaging

Orders arrive in plain packaging. The product name does not appear on the outside.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@nelvina.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change its destination. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, we’ll contact you about redelivery.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking says your parcel was delivered but you cannot find it, check with anyone at your address and any designated safe place. If it is still missing, email support@nelvina.com with your order number so we can investigate.
